Any information provided to Auscard for the production of an order will not be given, sold duplicated or copied to any other party. No “Lists” will be made available to any third party. The information supplied to Auscard as an integral part of this greeting card order will only be used to facilitate the production of, payment for, and delivery of such cards.
No credit card details will be re-transmitted under any circumstances. Contact may be with Auscard employees, their agents and the clients of Auscard in the normal course of business as required to ensure efficient supply of the greeting cards.
Client contact by email, telephone, post or fax may be necessary to confirm or clarify specific items related to an order. Any information that is forwarded to Auscard, including copy, graphic images and other details shall imply an irrevocable and unrestricted license to use the information as necessary for the production of the clients order.

We charge a flat fee for delivery anywhere in Australia of AUD $18 + GST via Australia Post, road transport or courier. Our delivery time frame is advised as 14 days from the date the client approves their copy. Should in the unlikely event of goods being unavailable the client is advised within 24 hours. We don’t export goods.
These goods are personalised with clients company name and/or logo, therefore goods are not returned. Our clients approve all copy before printing, therefore we are not liable for any artwork mistakes once they have signed off on this copy. If goods damaged in transit, we replace the order free of charge.
